Greetings!
 Last
month there was an overwhelming response to
the free book contest and the article about
the cat who provided clues to the gruesome
murder of his human.
I'll keep you posted on the cold murder
case as it progresses on
my blog.
I would like to thank everyone who

and secure when you open your front door.
Remember to keep them away from any
chocolate or candy too.

Mailbag & Funny Animal Quotes
From an 18 month old Shiba Inu...
Alice from Michigan had a session recently
and wanted to know who her Shiba Inu, Jordan
would vote for if he were human, Obama or
McCain.
Well Jordan had no idea who
either candidate was and I had to explain to
him that the President is leader of our
nation. Jordan's reply is quite
interesting:
"I don't know either of them but I need a
strong leader. Isn't that what we all want?
He
puffed his chest out,
" I would not follow a weak leader."
Good advice from a dog!

question is from Lissy & Sprout:
"If we think
about a deceased animal friend and ask them to
be around us, do they hear us? Will they come to
us?"
Answer from
Karen:
The Other
Side is all around us not in some far away
location. Our deceased animals are around us
all the time and love to hear us say their
names, whether it be quietly in our minds or out
loud. They tell me it's like music to their
ears. Just thinking about them draws them
closer to you like a magnet. If you sit quietly
and meditate you may even feel them near your or
sense their energy around you. It is very
subtle sometimes so don't expect much at first.
Be patient, keep asking them to come to you and
soon you may feel, see or sense them near.
Question
from Pamela:
" I heard that animals do not return to us and
they do not reincarnate because they are already
perfect, is this true?"
Answer from
Karen:
It has been
my experience that our animals do return to us,
or reincarnate, in this lifetime or in future
lifetimes. This explains why we have such a deep
bond with one animal versus another. The more
lifetimes you share with an animal the more
bonded you become. While they may be perfect in
many ways they have lessons to learn on earth
just like we do which requires them to
reincarnate. There are some very rare occassions
where an animal has reached such a high level of
knowledge and wisdom that they do not return.
They ascend to the highest level, to that of the
Masters. Fear not, if your animal has reached
this level, they will always be connected to you
as the bonds of love never die.

Dog Calls 911 And Saves A Life
Buddy, a 19 month old German Shepherd dials
911 and saves his human, Joe's lifeafter he
suffers a seizure.
Just to set the
record straight, Buddy doesn't actually dial
the numbers but the phone is programmed to
call the police if any button is held down
for 3 seconds or more.
